Delivery Area
We deliver to most addresses in Australia, but do not deliver to International addresses.

Delivery Time
We use Australia Post and Couriers Please for all our shipping. Delivery times are estimates only, and do not include peak delivery periods ie Christmas. Delivery is based ex Sydney.
     Sydney Metro: 1-2 Business days
     Interstate Metro: 3-4 Business days
     Regional: 5-10 Business days

Cost of Delivery
Standard Post charges are $12 while Express Post charges are $22. Some Bulky Items may have a surcharge applied to cover extra delivery costs.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $99.99. If Express Post is selected as Delivery Method and your order is over $99.99, a $12 credit will be applied to Shipping Charges. Meaning only $10 difference will be charged.

Tracking of Delivery
Once your delivery has been despatched, you will be forwarded your relevant Tracking information which can be tracked at or

Acceptance of Delivery
Deliveries may need to  be signed for. Anyone present at delivery address at time of delivery shall be presumed authorised to accept the delivery. If no one is home to accept delivery, a card most likely will be left advising contact details for re-delivery.
