Conditions of Hire

• Hire cost is listed as a per day cost
• Your equipment will be setup and ready to use based on your supplied information
• Pickup and drop off must be done during ABC Bikes trading hours
• Photo ID must be presented upon pickup
• Late returns will be charged with a days rental fee per day until returned
• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of hire
• Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start of hire
• Deposits paid will be refunded once hire equipment has been returned

INSURANCE

• You are responsible for any damage / loss / theft of your hire equipment
• Damage Insurance is available for $30 / day for applicable items which will cover you for any damage occurred to your hire equipment (Please add the number of days to your order)
• Loss or Theft is not available or covered by Damage Insurance

EXTRAS

• If after your hire you would like to purchase from us, we'll credit any hire fees accrued up to 30 days prior against your new equipment
