The 2027 Silverback Skid 20 keeps riding simple, stable and fun for growing kids, typically around ages 5 to 8. A lightweight 6061 alloy frame and rigid steel fork make it easy to handle, while the combination of a front side-pull brake and a rear coaster brake gives young riders intuitive stopping as they learn. The single-speed drivetrain means there are no gears to worry about, so they can focus on balance and confidence, and chunky 20" x 2.35" tyres add grip on grass, gravel and footpaths. A centre-mount kickstand makes it easy to park up. Durable and easy to ride, it's a great step up to a bigger bike.
