The Shimano GE900 Women's is Shimano's benchmark high-end SPD gravity shoe, built for women tackling aggressive enduro and downhill racing and riding. The TORBAL 2.0 midsole allows the heel section to move torsionally, maintaining full range of motion for improved comfort, fluidity and on-bike control, backed by a full-length carbon-reinforced nylon midsole for stiff, efficient pedalling. A women's-specific last fits tighter around the ball of the foot for better bike control and pedalling efficiency, with increased volume through the toe box and heel for improved walking comfort and shock absorption on hike-a-bike sections. The robust, quick-drying synthetic leather upper with mesh window stands up to the roughest terrain and helps keep feet cool, while a stretchy ankle collar keeps trail debris out. A BOA® dial with bash guard and instep strap delivers a secure, micro-adjustable fit, and the enduro-optimised ULTREAD GE outsole with extended SPD landing strip and molded pedal channel provides enhanced grip and a stable shoe-to-pedal connection.
